Orders usually take 24-48 hours to leave our warehouse and another 3-5 days by mail to
reach you. If you want to check on the status of your order click here.
No problem. As long as your order has not been processed yet it can be cancelled. Just send
an email to orders@ziggystshirts.com and be sure to include your order number.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund your money
within 30 days of purchase on unworn/unwashed merchandise. (Except for customized t-
shirts because they are custom made for you.) Just send us an
email at orders@ziggystshirts.com. Please include your order number and we will send you
instructions on how to return your order.

Your best bet is to check your closet and see what size you normally wear.

These shirts are significantly more fitted and shorter than our unisex t-shirts.
Customized t-shirts – American Apparel Unisex T-shirts
American Apparel t-shirts are made from soft, thin cotton (not the thick bulky kind) and
are form-fitted for a snug fit. For a more relaxed fit, most people will want to choose a larger
size than they would usually wear. If you would usually wear a medium we
recommend that you consider a large and so on.

No problem. None of our orders ship with pricing information on the packing slip. Your
receipt with prices is only sent to your email address. Make sure you use your own and
not the recipient’s email address when placing your order.

You will not be charged any duties or import taxes in the US or Canada. Sales tax may
apply on orders in the US and Canada based on your shipping address. You will see these
reflected in the shopping cart. Sorry, we can’t avoid the taxman.
All of our prices are in U.S. Dollars.
T-shirts should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide
maximum durability and colorfastness.
For maximum longevity, don’t tumble dry or dry clean. If you need to use the dryer, turn your t-shirt inside-out and dry on a low-medium heat setting. If you are ironing, iron on the reverse side only and never over the image.
